His influences include Helene Binet, Nadal Kander and Thomas Struth. "I find that when I am shooting alone I love listening to Music,particularly Tchaikovsky when shooting in busy cities like for instance Düsseldorf, London or Southampton. Listening to music whilst photographing really helps interact with my surroundings in a more artistic way but also helps me set a mood for my photographs."
